Service One

Home Living Family Services—We further our purposes under this program by providing:
Adult I/D waiver services to provide Group home housing to individuals with disabilities.
Mental Health services to adults, youth, and families. HOME Living Family Services  Mental Health services provides structured therapeutic treatment to serve individuals in partnership with parents, family members, school personnel, physicians, mental health providers, and community service agencies. These services are delivered using a comprehensive mental health needs assessment. Services are provided both in the their residence and in the community either in person or telehealth.

Service Two

Transitional and Permanent Housing for Veterans—The program will conduct individual and group counseling, which will consist of an (ISP) Individual Service Plan to assist residents in meeting personal and professional goals. Each individual will have daily, weekly and monthly treatment goals, objectives, and interventions that will consist of counseling and components to address both short and long-term goals, mental, psychological, and behavioral issues. Case management will also be offered to assist with acquiring benefits, credit and money management as an important dimension of knowledge and practice for success. The counselor will provide the individual with the resources they need in order to live a productive independent well-rounded life. We provide a highly structured environment with an established daily routine.

Service Three

H.O.M.E. Cares (H.O.M.E.)—We further our purposes under this program by providing personal home care services to individuals. H.O.M.E. cares to provide the families of Richmond, VA and the surrounding tri-city areas with the care they need in the safety and security of their home. H.O.M.E. does not offer short term solutions to your loved ones, but provides them with the necessary services to help them comfortably co-exist within their home. Talk of the Town is proud to offer an array of comprehensive services. We provide family care services to individuals through our permanent and transitional supportive service, to help members live productive lives in the comfort of their own home through: skilled nursing care, 24-hour care, preparing meals, maintaining a household, transportation/errands, and doctor appointment assistance.
